In Response to Jeff

“It is not advisable to have any body decoration procedure that would involve breaking the skin while you are pregnant. This includes procedures like piercing, tattooing or scarification. Most studios have made it a policy not to perform tattoos or piercings on anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. When you get a tattoo or piercing, you face a small chance of an allergic reaction or an infection. It just isn’t worth the risk when you can just wait a few extra months [or years, if you're like me and have a possessed uterus...] and then get the tattoo or piercing you desire.”

and… here’s what I want - but change the pink to baby blue (I also want an angel tattoo as well…really simple. But I need someone to draw me something really cool!)

I love this… where do you want to put it.. I can see it on your calf. that would be nice.
I have 2 tattoos, and I love them both. The only problem I had when I was considering getting them done was where they could go that they wouldnt stretch if I ever/ when I got pregnant. So now I have an awsome pic on my lower bcak, high enough that you can see it even when your not wearing super low rise jeans, and I have a word on my calf that everytime I it see makes me think of the people I got it with and a really awsome time in my life.
My Tattoos are something that I have absolutly no regrets about!

I had actually thought of putting it on my calf. But where I really really want it is on my forearm. Which is something I have to really think about…. will I regret that 40 years from now? Do I even care? LOL

The butterfly is symbolic of the changes I’ve gone through over the last few years, and that I’m now a different (better, I think) person because of it all.

*sigh* who knows what I’ll end up doing…
