doctor dilemma

My OB/GYN finally emailed me back (he’s been dog sledding in Alaska for a week!!) … he said that I can call his office today and he can look at ordering my Beta tests…
but I already have an appointment with my regular doctor tomorrow….
My OB/GYN won’t be seeing me throughout the pregnancy because he is in a different City…but neither will my regular doc, because he “doesn’t do deliveries” — so either way I’m getting passed off to another doc sometime down the line. BUT, the “baby” doctor will be someone in my current clinic… so should I just wait until tomorrow for my appointment, or should I call my OB/GYN today??
*sigh*

I’d go get the blood work today so you can find out tomorrow from your regular doc… you can request both docs be sent the results
True — but if my OBGYN orders the tests, he will phone me with the results today… and then I assume I would have another one done on Thursday.
And I think he would be more likely to ask for a progesterone test as well… and..
oh screw it! I’m calling my OB…
LOL I’d call today. Right at this very moment I am waiting on a call from my OB, who holds in his very hands, the results from my Beta test. Do these guys not understand that I AM LOSING MY MIND and I don’t care that the patient in the office right now may have to wait 5 minutes so that I can know???
